“If the words ‘life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness’ don’t include the right to experiment with your own consciousness, then the Declaration of Independence isn’t worth the hemp it was written on.”
-Terence McKenna
Poem:
Always being different.
Always being spontaneous
Always being ready
Always being aware
Always being consciously there
Always being friendly
Always being a listener
Always being patient
Always being yourself

“You are a divine being. You matter, you count. You come from realms of unimaginable power and light, and you will return to those realms.”
– Terence McKenna
Poem:
Try and catch me if you can
I will laugh because you can’t
I see you try, but always fail
I’m always around you
Seeing you try makes me high
I never wanted it to be like this
But you can never take back all of your shit
I see you try one last time
I see myself die for one last time.

  1. I love the colors in that first piece...Some really thoughtful, philosophical associations here...
